Our Family friend works in the Northern VA area Mon-Thurs, and stays in Manassas VA and can bring your pup up to you. He has been doing this for my folks that purchase one of my sweet little babies for over 6 yrs
I just ask that you give him a tip for doing so at your discretion. We live in Lebanon, VA which is 5 hrs from Manassas. You are more than welcome to drive down to the mountains to pick up your puppy and meet it's parents. The drive is peaceful and not to mention the mountains
